Alibaba Co-founder: “Trade War” Could Hurt US Industries More

Alibaba co-founder Joseph Tsai said this week that the impending trade war between the US and China comes at a very “ironic” time since producers around the world could benefit greatly from some 300 million Chinese consumers
Tsai also pointed out that is already hurting from the standoff, with industries such as soybean exports already taking a hit from China’s retaliation. However, also said that he is not too concerned about smaller US businesses which they are looking to access.
Tsai added that the trade tension between the two superpowers will just be a “temporary blip” in the long term.
