Apple Employs More Doctors for Health Push

Apple has reportedly employed 40 to 50 influential doctors in the last few years. Sources have said that these medical experts have been scattered across teams to help guide strategy as the company delves into health care.
It is expected that the hires could help Apple win over more doctors, known to be some of the company’s harshest critics, as it develops and integrate health technologies into its devices.
However, due to Apple’s highly secretive nature, many doctors have not disclosed their role at the company at all. It was also noted that the doctors at Apple have been spread out across the organization, with some working on the Apple Watch, the AC Wellness primary care group, health records group and others.
