Australian Security Firms Unveils PoC for Greater Data Protection

Australian cloud services provider Vault, alongside QuintessenceLabs (QLabs) and Ziroh Labs announced this week their partnership that seeks to build a system that would provide great user data encryption services for the government.
The companies revealed that they hope to deliver “full entropy as a service” by combining QuintessenceLabs’ quantum key generation and key management, Vault’s protected cloud, and Ziroh Labs’ homomorphic encryption technology.
Vault explained that because data can only be encrypted when it is in transit, it is at risk while at rest or being searched. The companies added that the respective technologies they bring should add extra layers of data security.
