BSP Reminds BSFIs to Ensure “Business as Usual” for PESONet and InstaPay during Regular and Special Non-Working Days
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has issued Memorandum No. M-2023-011 to remind BSP Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFI) to ensure continued availability and accessibility of their respective customer service in light of the upcoming regular and special non-working days.
Hotlines, email, chatbots, and other support services must be available to assist clients regarding their PESONet and InstaPay transactions during non-working periods. Apart from the availability of these channels, BSFIs must also guarantee timely and adequate response to concerns sent through these channels.
