“Cybersecurity Week” Launched in Southwestern Saudi Arabia
Prince Mohammad bin Abdel Aziz, Deputy Emir of Saudi Arabia’s Jazan region, launched last weekend the “Cybersecurity Week” campaign which aims to spread awareness and training on cybersecurity.
The deputy emir said that the initiative is part of the efforts to fulfill the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 which aims for the comprehensive development of the nation’s security, economy, entertainment industry, and general upliftment of the lives of its citizens.
Prince Mohammad added that the campaign will focus on how cybersecurity will boost various fields such as nationalism, consolidation of communication, and serving the nation.
