DTI Streamlines Business Services with New AI Chatbot

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) recently launched an AI-powered web interface designed to automate frontline services and simplify regulatory compliance. This digital assistant offers real-time, 24/7 responses via the DTI’s Integrated Registration Information System website, eliminating the need for physical visits and extensive email correspondence.

DTI Secretary Cristina A. Roque explained that this initiative directly supports President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s vision for a more responsive government. By streamlining business licensing and accreditation processes nationwide, the chatbot aims to significantly reduce bureaucracy and improve business access to essential services.
