Ex-Googlers Use AI to Match Tech Employees to Employers More Effectively
Two former Google engineers have announced that they were able to create a system that makes the hiring process in the tech industry more efficient.
Around 18 months ago, Richard Liu and Yunkai Zhou founded Leap.ai, a company that seeks to give employees and employers their “dream” match. The two says that their system is able to map the candidate’s dream employer and ideal role more effectively using a range of data including employment history, qualifications, skills, personal interests, career motivation and more.
The company says their system is able to address the inefficiency brought by the manual process of head-hunting, and yield other information that is otherwise difficult to gauge in an interview.
