Facebook announced this week that users will now be allowed to review businesses that advertise on the social network and possibly ban those that receive the most negative feedback.
Facebook’s latest move seeks to crack down on businesses that mislead users into buying low quality goods or services, or those that fail to deliver products in their stated shipping time. Businesses that receive the most negative feedback may be put at risk of getting banned.
Advertisers however, will be given a chance to improve before being banned. This might include a reduction in the amount of ads that the business can run.
