Hackers Threaten to Release 9/11 Documents

A hacking group called The Dark Overlord said this week that it will be releasing over 18,000 litigation documents related to the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center.
The group said on PasteBin that it will be leaking the documents on the KickAss dark web forum if its demands aren’t met. The self-proclaimed ‘world’s premiere hacking organization’ even encouraged Russia and China to buy the stolen files.
The hackers reportedly released part of the documents to show that they are legitimate. Responding to the claims, global insurance firm Hiscox did confirm some 9/11 documents had been stolen.
