Insurance Commission Advises on AMLC Electronic Reporting System Registration

On March 24, 2023, the Insurance Commission issued Circular Letter No. 2023-11 advising Insurance Commission-Regulated Entities (ICREs) about the 2021 AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG).
It provided that ICREs whose registration in the AMLC Electronic Reporting System (ERS) Portal have not been updated shall have 30 days from the issuance of the Circular Letter to update the registration. Failure to update would be penalized as provided in CL No. 2018-48, as amended.
