Major Cyberpowers Refuse to Sign Macron Cyber Pact

The US, Russia, and China have reportedly not signed an agreement on cyber rules and principles release by French President Emmanuel Macron at the Paris Peace Forum this week.

The pact was already signed by 51 countries, 136 other private companies, and 92 non-profit organization, universities, and advocacy groups.

The Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace agreement, considered to be a digital Geneva Convention, is said to be the most coordinated effort to get countries to agree on a set of international rules for cyberspace to date.
