PT&T Signs Cybersecurity Partnership with 5GS

Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (PT&T) announced over the weekend a new partnership with cybersecurity solutions firm 5G Security, Inc. (5GS) in its support of the government’s National Cybersecurity Plan 2022.

 

PT&T said that the DICT’s plan calls for a secure and readily available means of communication for the government, businesses and individuals, and the partnership which combines the 100% fiber network of PT&T and the cybersecurity expertise of 5GS should make the end-to-end security setup possible.

 

PT&T said that they will be utilizing a number of 5GS state-of-the-art hardware and software solutions, such as a multi-dimensional security system, ground security, medium and low airspace protection, computer network and online protection, security visualization and security operations center.
