The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) posted a Notice informing the public that the SEC Rules and Regulations of the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act of 2022 (SEC FCPA IRR) took effect on May 14, 2023, after its publication in the Philippine Daily Inquirer and the Manila Standard on April 29, 2023.
